Dunsire Consulting Inc. is currently providing Project Management of Land Development services to Marshall Zehr Group in a proposed development of townhomes at 501 Homer Watson Blvd, in Kitchener, Ontario.

Dunsire’s services in this role include:

• procurement and administration of design sub-consultants
• review and recommendation of sub-consultant deliverables
• oversight and participation in negotiations with authorities having jurisdiction
• creation and administration of project proforma including sensitivity analysis

Dunsire Consulting has also been retained for Construction Management services to assist Marshall Zehr Group in constructing the townhouses, once the appropriate approvals are in place.

Dunsire’s services in this role include:

• procurement and administration of all permits
• tendering and contract administration of all contractors
• site review and quality control
• construction schedule and budget monitoring
• liasing with Tarion Warranty Corporation through to final assumption by the purchasers
